Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:Hands-on experience in repairing industrial equipment, including knowledge of electrical components, motors, pumps, hydraulic systems, compressors, chillers, and boilers. Proven ability to execute preventative maintenance tasks on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical/mechanical schematics and diagrams. Basic knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Computer literacy and understanding of PLC principles are essential. Experience in industrial welding is a plus. Familiarity with HAZMAT, MSDS, EPA, and OSHA regulations. Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with production staff. Fluency in English sufficient to understand machinery controls and documentation. Flexible and willing to work closely with a dedicated team. Self-motivated and able to perform additional duties as assigned.

Your primary responsibilities will include performing preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness of production and facilities equipment. You will also assist with equipment installations and facility maintenance, all while aligning with our company's policies and objectives.
