Position Overview:
Job Type: Full-time assignment with a high likelihood of permanent placement.
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week.
Shift: 12-hour shifts (Days or Nights, including rotating weekends).
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg experience is required. Candidates must be capable of functioning as essential personnel during emergencies or crises. A keen eye for detail in data collection and documentation is crucial. Applicants should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team. Covid Vaccination is a must, along with a current BLS certification, proof of licensure (Compact or SC RN License), and proof of vaccinations (Flu, TB/PPD, etc.). Successful completion of a drug screening and background check is mandatory. Candidates must be able to wear royal blue scrubs.
**Locals only** – This position is intended for those residing in or near Charleston, SC.
Job Duties: Deliver direct patient care in a 104-bed medical facility. Engage in process improvement initiatives and patient data collection. Provide assistance during emergency or crisis situations as necessary. Rotate through day and night shifts as required. Collaborate effectively as part of the nursing team while upholding independent capabilities.
