In addition, you will cultivate a high-performing team while refining our internal AI methodologies.Key Areas of Expertise• LLM / GenAI• Multi-Agent Systems• RAG Pipelines• AI Strategy• Enterprise ArchitectureCore ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Solution Delivery• Lead the design and implementation of Agentic AI systems utilizing frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or bespoke orchestration solutions across Azure, AWS, or GCP.• Create multi-agent workflows that integrate reasoning, planning, tool utilization, memory management, and feedback mechanisms, specifically crafted for enterprise operations.• Collaborate with executive leaders and senior stakeholders to convert complex business challenges into actionable AI strategies and implementation plans.• Conduct readiness assessments, data evaluations, and opportunity workshops for potential clients.Technical Leadership• Establish reference architectures for RAG, AI gateways, tool-augmented agents, and human-in-the-loop processes.• Champion responsible AI governance, focusing on bias assessments, hallucination prevention, prompt-injection security, and risk management frameworks.• Develop and enforce engineering best practices including CI/CD for ML, LLMOps, performance benchmarking, and evaluation harnesses.
