Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:A higher education diploma in an ICT-related fieldAt least 4 years of experience managing ICT networks, ideally within an SME environmentExtensive experience with Microsoft-based networks (Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, SQL, etc.)Field experience with infrastructure components (HPE servers & storage, Aruba switches & access points, Cisco & Meraki infrastructure, Fortinet and Watchguard firewalls)In-depth knowledge of commonly used technologies in SME environments (Hyper-V, VMware, Veeam, CTX...)Solid understanding of emerging Cloud technologies (M365, Azure, etc.)Proficiency in PowerShellFlexibility to occasionally participate in our 24-hour teamA keen interest in following new technologies and a commitment to continuous learning, possibly supplemented with certification tracks. Strong stress resilienceA customer-oriented and solution-focused mindsetExcellent communication skillsA valid driver's license (Category B)

Join our dynamic service desk, the beating heart of our operations, as a Remote System Engineer. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional phone support for any IT issues they encounter.
In addition to assisting end-users over the phone, you will collaborate closely with our field System Engineers, offering remote support to enhance our service delivery.
You will also be responsible for continuously monitoring our clients' environments, enabling both proactive and reactive interventions when necessary. Your role will include performing proactive maintenance tasks and taking on specific responsibilities as part of various projects.
