Key ResponsibilitiesLead multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives focused on operations, process optimization, tool adoption, analytics enablement, training, and organizational transformation. Oversee end-to-end management of initiatives, from intake and discovery to execution, stabilization, and transition to steady-state ownership. Translate high-level strategic objectives into comprehensive execution plans, defining scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and criteria for success. Establish and uphold disciplined governance frameworks, including project plans, Plan–Do–Check–Act cycles, RAID logs, decision registers, and escalation paths. Create executive-ready documentation detailing initiative structure, timelines, accountability models, and issue-resolution processes. Act as the liaison among business leaders, operations teams, IT partners, and external vendors. Facilitate structured workshops and stakeholder sessions to foster alignment and informed decision-making. Deliver succinct, outcome-focused updates to senior leadership, effectively communicating progress, impact, and risk posture. Quickly gain clarity, momentum, and accountability in partially defined or ongoing initiatives. Proactively identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies. Collaborate with platform owners across systems such as ClickUp, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle P6, and Procore, without assuming direct system ownership.
