We are seeking a seasoned Business Manager (Team Leader) to spearhead and oversee our team’s operations at Amartha. The primary responsibility will be to ensure the operational efficiency of our business and to set strategic objectives for future growth. The ideal candidate will provide guidance for performance enhancement, aligning with our company’s vision and culture. Our goal is to ensure the profitability of our activities to promote sustainable development and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the marketing/business partner team’s performance and achievement of targets.
- Conduct market reviews and implement strategies to meet established targets.
- Manage business processes in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), both administratively and on-site.
- Ensure the quality and quantity of branch/point portfolios.
- Foster team cohesion and effectively manage internal conflicts according to company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum education level of a diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience managing a team of 5-10 members.
- Minimum of 2 years in Microfinance as a Manager (preferably within Grameen Financial Systems).
- Ability to formulate sales and marketing strategies to achieve team targets.
- Must have a motorcycle and a valid motorcycle license (SIM C).
- Willingness to be stationed throughout Semarang.
