Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Mac devices, iPhones, and iPads.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer queries while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Close calls efficiently and accurately.
- Work flexible hours, including night shifts as required.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in technical support within an international BPO environment.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to handle customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Freshers and domestic BPO candidates will not be considered.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and current compensation, with attractive incentives.
