Purpose

As an Experienced Waitstaff, you will support all operations related to the smooth functioning of your station, maintaining high standards of service, adhering to health and safety regulations, and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

· Prepare your station (mise en place).

· Be knowledgeable about the menu and wine list.

· Serve guests according to the Group's hospitality standards.

· Organize and maintain cleanliness in your workspace.

· Monitor supplies at your station and inform your direct supervisor accordingly.

· Communicate any issues to your direct supervisor.
