Your Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers post-sale.
Facilitate the integration of the XBOW product within customer environments.
Oversee self-hosted product deployments, ongoing support, and upgrades.
Assist in the prototyping of new features based on customer requirements.
Provide Tier 2 support for technical issues faced by customers.
Be flexible to support pre-sales activities as needed.
Offer valuable feedback to product teams based on field observations.
Communicate the technical and business advantages of the product to users and stakeholders.
Assist in the transition between pre-sales and post-sales teams.
Lead engagements related to Expert Services.
Your Profile
We are seeking a hands-on Expert Services Engineer with a strong background to enhance our Customer Success team at XBOW. You will play a critical role in conducting complex demonstrations during the sales process, collaborating with customers to facilitate product integration and deployment, prototyping features tailored to their needs, and providing Tier 2 technical support.
This position demands a high level of technical expertise in a customer-facing environment. You will engage with multiple customers to support the sales team and act as a vital link to relay important information back to our Product Engineering team.
