Direct and oversee all civil construction operations, including earthworks, foundations, concrete structures, underground services, paving, and infrastructure projects.Ensure daily activities align with the construction schedule and operational plans.Collaborate with various project teams to meet defined objectives.Ensure timely availability of resources; proactively identify and resolve issues.Maintain compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.Review and authorize method statements, risk assessments, and work plans prior to execution.Work closely with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, planning, and procurement teams to facilitate seamless workflow.Track construction progress against schedules and initiate corrective actions as necessary.Supervise subcontractors to ensure quality and productivity standards are met.Engage in construction meetings, providing technical solutions to site-related challenges.Ensure proper execution of the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system and uphold strict safety compliance in operational environments.Examine civil engineering drawings and resolve technical discrepancies in collaboration with the engineering team.Support project reporting, including manpower allocation, productivity tracking, and progress documentation.Guarantee all civil works adhere to quality standards and inspection prerequisites before handover.
Proficient in structural analysis software and drafting tools such as AutoCAD and Tekla Structures.Familiarity with design codes including AISC, BS, IS, and Eurocode.Ensure that design drawings adhere to project specifications and industry standards.Responsible for reviewing and approving shop drawings and fabrication plans.Prepare Technical Queries (T.Q), method statements, and Material Approval Requests (MAR).Strong grasp of steel fabrication and erection methodologies.Offer technical guidance during the erection and installation phases.Coordinate with fabricators and subcontractors regarding their T.Q, work priorities, and delivery schedules.
