In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding support to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and enhancing their overall experience.Proactively sell and cross-sell asset and liability products to both new and existing customers.Evaluate, prepare, and recommend loan product applications along with maintenance requests.Manage customer requests including account openings, online banking inquiries, and various services.Guide customers on utilizing automated banking channels such as ATMs, call centers, and online banking platforms.Generate new customer leads through personal connections and referrals from existing clients.Achieve individual sales targets and engage in daily retail sales team discussions.Meet monthly objectives for onboarding customers to online and mobile banking services.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to our Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.Handle customer inquiries referred from the call center efficiently.Collaborate with team members and internal departments to resolve customer issues effectively.Participate in mandatory training programs to stay current with bank products and services.Comply with all bank policies, procedures, and regulations.

Core ResponsibilitiesProactively sell and cross-sell a range of asset and liability products to both new and existing clients.Evaluate, prepare, and recommend loan product applications and maintenance requests, submitting them for approval to the Consumer Processing Unit.Handle customer requests such as account openings, NBAD online inquiries, and returned cheque deliveries.Encourage customers to increase their bank balances to qualify for higher-tier customer programs.Generate leads for Elite and Elite Gold programs by directing eligible customers to Elite lounges and centers.Inform Classic and Advantage customers about automated banking channels, promoting their transition to these platforms.Attract new clientele to the branch through personal relationships and referrals from existing customers.Respond to call center inquiries regarding customer requests.Achieve individual sales targets consistently.Participate in and potentially lead daily retail sales team meetings.Online & Mobile Banking: Attain monthly targets to onboard customers onto the Online/Mobile application, actively promoting the use of alternative banking channels to reduce branch and call center traffic, and provide assistance with mobile app demonstrations.NPS: Ensure assigned NPS targets are met by embodying FAB values and following customer-centric methodologies to provide excellent customer experiences with zero complaints.Engage with colleagues and internal stakeholders to ensure completion of mandatory training sessions.
