Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide tailored quotes within specified time frames. If a request cannot be fulfilled, offer a clear explanation to customers along with an estimated timeline for when they can expect a response. Initially, all quotes should be approved by the appropriate account manager before being dispatched.
Follow up on quotations, and if secured, coordinate nominations with our partners. Provide customers with regular updates on the status of their shipments and keep the account manager informed of developments.
Regularly update the partner list, current rates, and available services.
Utilize our GACFREIGHT software to handle all job-related tasks, including issuing quotations, status updates, routing orders, and scheduling customer appointments.
Ensure timely closure of jobs by accurately uploading vendor and customer invoices and sending them to clients without delay, regardless of the services rendered.
Adhere to company policies including telephone and email etiquette, GAC ethics, dress code, attendance reporting, and language standards.
