Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and inquisitive Junior Social Media Manager to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. In this position, you will be instrumental in establishing and promoting the Ninjas in Pyjamas brand throughout the MENA region. You will craft social media strategies that not only elevate our brand presence but also engage our community and amplify our esports initiatives. By collaborating with cross-functional and cross-regional teams, you will create captivating content tailored for our audience while driving grassroots marketing efforts to expand our community and strengthen local fandom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement social media and community engagement strategies for the Ninjas in Pyjamas brand within the MENA region.
- Establish and enhance the social media footprint of the NIP brand in the area.
- Identify optimal channels and manage profiles with high potential for growth and engagement.
- Create compelling, on-brand copy that resonates with our target demographic and fosters interaction.
- Plan and maintain social media content calendars to ensure consistent and timely content distribution.
- Localize global content to resonate with NIP fans in the MENA region, transforming it beyond mere translation.
- Analyze social media metrics to gauge the success of our strategies actively.
- Work closely with design and video production teams to generate visually striking and shareable content.
- Engage proactively with community comments, messages, and inquiries in a responsive and relatable manner.
- Oversee social media advertising campaigns aimed at increasing reach, interaction, and conversions.
