The Senior Manager of Non-Airline Loyalty Programs will spearhead the development and management of strategic partnerships aimed at enhancing our service offerings and bolstering customer loyalty. This pivotal role requires collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including financial partners, airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other service providers, to craft compelling propositions that deliver value to our loyal customers.
- Formulate the annual and five-year strategic plans for partnerships across financial, travel, and retail sectors.
- Foster and maintain key relationships with strategic partners both within the UAE and globally.
- Enhance Etihad flight revenue through effective partnerships with EYG.
- Manage performance metrics for each EYG partnership vertical monthly to ensure sustained cash inflow through non-EY flight channels.
- Collaborate closely with finance, legal, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives and capture additional benefits.
- Ensure annual targets for Visa incentives and other revenue streams are achieved.
- Meet overall EYG revenue contributions as per budgetary allocations.
- Oversee partnership budgets to ensure financial sustainability and optimal resource utilization.
- Coordinate with finance to maximize corporate treasury advantages.
- Guarantee all EYG partners adhere to a payment cycle of 60 days, minimizing non-performance receivables to 5% of the portfolio.
