JOB SUMMARY
- Drive sales initiatives within the Engineering and Solutions Business Unit, focusing on Instrumentations.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle for your designated sector, showcasing proficiency in managing a diverse portfolio.
- Support the team's growth objectives at both the Business Unit and Company levels.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team on all costing and estimation processes related to the Bulk Trading Section.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Engagement
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients in your assigned sector to better understand their needs.
Technical Sales
- Deliver technical insights regarding our Instrumentations and Engineering Solutions offerings, assisting clients in product selection tailored to their requirements.
Proposal Development
- Prepare comprehensive details including technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines to aid the estimation team in developing thorough proposals.
Estimation and Bidding
- Coordinate with internal teams such as proposal, engineering, sales order management, and product development to ensure seamless sales processes and high customer satisfaction.
- Source and distribute inquiries to suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
- Develop cost sheets detailing direct and indirect costs, temporary facilities, and other relevant expenses.
- Review commercial terms and conditions documentation.
- Draft technical and commercial proposals in alignment with client specifications.
- Engage in negotiations with suppliers and principals on technical and commercial aspects of products.
- Maintain ISO documentation, record-keeping, and supplier/manufacturer data bank records.
