Key Responsibilities:Drive and expand sales and business opportunities for Sika Nigeria.Foster and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers and consultants.Oversee Key Accounts and significant projects within the designated area.Implement prescriptive selling techniques to deliver tailored solutions that fulfill customer needs.Manage credit sales processes, focusing on utilization and recovery.Enhance market penetration and explore new market segments/applications.Organize and participate in technical training sessions and workshops.Establish a sustainable customer base through effective account management, product supply, technical support, and customer engagement.Provide comprehensive reports and sales forecasts to ensure accuracy and alignment with team goals.Contribute to team objectives to achieve target outcomes.
