This role is pivotal, reporting to the AVP of Recognition & Conferences, and emphasizes exceptional customer service paired with strong hospitality skills. The perfect candidate will excel in complex contract negotiations, multitasking, logistical planning, and possess fiscal acumen. Extensive knowledge of destinations and vendor relations in hospitality will be advantageous. Proven success in engaging with C-suite and executive relationships is vital, as is the ability to effectively lead projects and teams. Additional attributes for success include thriving under pressure, collaboration skills, and critical thinking to maintain high standards in logistics. A data-driven mindset and proficiency in digital communication and meeting planning software are also advantageous.This position currently offers an on-site work schedule, requiring presence in the office four (4) days a week during core office days. Currently, our core days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The work schedule and core days are subject to change with advance notice and managerial discretion.
