Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation for both design and support purposes. Certifications in two or more vendor technologies, ideally at Professional level or above (such as Cisco, Arista, Aruba, Palo Alto). CCNP is highly desirable. Experience in client-facing roles, preferably within Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Demonstrated ability to implement and deliver large, complex network projects. Experience working with South Australian Government entities is a plus. Security requirements Australian citizens only. Must be eligible for Australian Government Security Clearance.
