Key Responsibilities:• Deliver outstanding support to brokers and installers throughout the loan acquisition process, including application, approval, and settlement phases.• Address inbound phone calls and email inquiries promptly and professionally, focusing on solutions.• Cultivate strong, trustworthy relationships with referral partners by understanding their needs and proactively assisting with inquiries.• Identify and resolve issues by effectively utilizing internal systems and processes, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolutions.• Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Credit, and Settlements, to provide a seamless partner experience.• Keep accurate records of all communications, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and Plenti's policies.• Continuously enhance your product and process knowledge to confidently address a diverse range of partner inquiries.• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment by sharing insights and supporting team members.
