We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Account Manager to enhance our Sales Department at Ninja. The successful candidate will play a vital role in nurturing relationships with our partner restaurants, ensuring their satisfaction and success on the Ninja platform. The ideal applicant will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for our existing partner restaurants, fostering and maintaining relationships to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins with partners to evaluate performance, address any concerns, and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide continuous support and assistance to partners, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Acquisition and Operations, to facilitate seamless partner onboarding and transitions.
- Monitor partner performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary action plans.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives with partners to boost engagement and sales.
- Cross-sell NCR products and track ROI for partners.
- Maintain precise records of partner interactions, communications, and performance using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations to partners.
