In this role, you will be responsible for managing insurance claims from their inception through to resolution.Key Responsibilities:- Organize and plan your daily workload to efficiently process claims and conduct thorough inspections.- Investigate insurance claims by interviewing claimants and witnesses to gather necessary information.- Manage property claims involving damages to buildings, structures, contents, and property.- Conduct comprehensive assessments of property damage and verify insurance coverage.- Evaluate damages to determine fair settlements.- Negotiate settlements with claimants.- Upload completed reports, photos, and documentation using our specialized software systems.Qualifications:- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, climbing ladders, and navigating tight spaces.- Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational, and analytical skills.- Proficiency in software programs, particularly Microsoft Office and claims management systems.- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.- Previous experience in insurance claims or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.Next Steps:If you are passionate about making a positive impact, enjoy challenges, and value your work, we encourage you to apply.
