Your Responsibilities:
Operate within a dynamic, fast-paced industry as an expert on senior care options, ensuring an exceptional experience that aligns with our mission.
Handle inbound, pre-screened leads from your home office as an inside sales representative, adhering to a structured schedule.
Conduct thorough consultation calls with families to understand their needs.
Educate families on tailored senior care options and identify suitable senior living communities or home care providers that meet their requirements.
Act as a liaison between families and care providers upon successful completion of our comprehensive four-week training program.
Keys to Your Success:
Success will be evaluated based on achieving daily production metrics, including inbound and outbound calls, referring families to communities, and scheduling tours to facilitate move-ins. As a Welcome Advisor, you will be the family's initial touchpoint, striving to provide empathetic and high-quality experiences.
