With three bustling food outlets, including the Mill Restaurant, Garden Cafe, and Stables Ice Cream Parlour, as well as a popular conference venue hosting numerous corporate events and weddings, the culinary team plays a crucial role in our operations.
Your Role
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting dishes for both our standard and special ‘Spirit of Place’ menus. Guided by the National Trust Cookbook framework, you will utilize fresh, seasonal ingredients to create a variety of delectable dishes. This position offers you the opportunity to unleash your creativity, as you will collaborate with your team to design unique offerings that reflect the essence of Quarry Bank. Additionally, you will oversee stock management, minimize food waste, maintain hygiene standards, and provide support to the management team.
