Join our dynamic Influencer Marketing team at The Beauty Tech Group as an Influencer Marketing Executive and play a pivotal role in our growth journey. In this exciting position, you will be instrumental in executing influencer campaigns across diverse platforms, collaborating with influencers of all scales to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and support sales growth.
Working in tandem with the Influencer Marketing Manager and the broader team, you will assist in developing partnership strategies that seamlessly integrate creativity, data-driven insights, and strategic thinking, all within a vibrant and fast-paced beauty tech environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete influencer marketing lifecycle, from identifying and reaching out to influencers to briefing, content approval, and evaluating campaign outcomes.
- Possess a robust understanding of the DACH market and German culture to create relevant and impactful campaigns.
- Foster and nurture strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and content creators, aligning with their needs and business objectives.
- Negotiate commercial partnerships to establish cost-effective collaborations that enhance revenue across social media channels.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams to swiftly address influencer and affiliate requirements.
- Lead influencer engagements alongside campaigns, product launches, and celebrity collaborations to optimize brand exposure.
- Monitor and analyze influencer campaigns, delivering insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Proactively identify new opportunities with both emerging and established influencers to broaden reach and enhance impact.
- Track and optimize influencer performance against key performance indicators, including sign-ups, traffic, engagement, and sales.
- Adapt campaigns across multiple channels, including Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring tailored strategies for each platform.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance campaign efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related digital marketing position.
- Strong grasp of social media platforms and their integration with affiliate and digital marketing strategies.
- Commercially savvy, with a track record of reviewing proposals and negotiating valuable partnerships.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communicator, adept at engaging with influencers, colleagues, and senior stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with the ability to guide influencers in producing high-impact content.
- Proficient in utilizing data and analytics to assess campaign effectiveness.
