SCW Systems is advancing steel recycling with its Steel CleanUp process, which transforms steel industry waste into valuable products using sustainable techniques. The Senior Project Leader will play a key role in moving this technology from concept to full-scale production at the Alkmaar facility. Main responsibilities Oversee the development, final design, and scaling of the reduction system at the heart of Steel CleanUp. Take ownership of the system’s development, integration, and implementation at the Alkmaar site. Collaborate with internal teams and external engineering partners, particularly during the FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) phase. Coordinate with external parties to support project scaling and planning. Manage the project’s scope, planning, budget, and risks from start to finish. Identify technological risks and resolve them by involving the right experts at the right time. Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and partners throughout the project lifecycle. Reporting This role reports directly to the technology lead. Work location The position is based at the Alkmaar factory in Noord-Holland, Nederland.
