Our services include a mental health practice and youth support across several residential locations. As a Youth Care Worker, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting young people in their everyday lives. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team on-site, contributing to a safe and stable environment for youth development. Your Responsibilities:
- Support young people in their daily lives and promote self-sufficiency.
- Create a stable and safe living environment.
- Develop and implement support plans in collaboration with colleagues and partners.
- Identify and respond to the needs and development requests of young people.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
