Qualifications: 5 to 10 years of experience in IT Project Management and Business Analysis. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in English and Russian (both spoken and written). Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships and facilitate collaboration. Deep understanding of various project management methodologies and business processes.
