Role overview
The Demi Chef de Partie Pastry supports the pastry team in preparing and presenting desserts and baked goods to the restaurant’s high standards. This role is key to maintaining the quality that defines THE DUCHESS. The kitchen values diligence, a genuine interest in pastry, and a strong sense of responsibility.
What you will do
- Assist with the preparation and plating of pastry items, ensuring each dish meets restaurant standards
- Work closely with the pastry team to uphold quality and presentation
