As a Digital Strategist, your role will involve taking the lead in developing comprehensive multichannel strategies for some of the most recognized brands globally. Your mission is to integrate deep consumer insights with overarching brand goals to create digital solutions that yield tangible results. You will collaborate closely with creative teams, influencers, and data experts at team5pm and L’Oréal, championing the idea that effective campaigns are grounded in data from the outset. You will find innovative ways to connect insights with execution, enhancing brand presence across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate dynamic, multichannel strategies based on consumer insights and brand objectives.
Analyze consumer journeys and interactions to develop actionable strategies for standout campaigns.
Identify the most effective formats, platforms, and channels for each campaign and its objectives.
Provide strategic guidance across various L'Oréal divisions, recognizing opportunities for synergy and refining each brand’s unique approach.
Work in tandem with creativity, data, and influencer marketing teams to create cohesive, insight-driven campaign concepts.
Act as a liaison between research/analytics and creative/execution teams.
Collaborate with Account Managers and promotional teams to ensure clarity around brand priorities and campaign definitions.
Utilize data to inform campaign strategies from the beginning, converting insights into creative actions and measurable results.
