Who We Are Looking For:
Lenus is at the forefront of holistic health. As a Key Account Manager based in Amsterdam, you will target, onboard, and support leading online health and fitness coaches globally, helping them achieve sustainable success. If you have a passion for sales, strategic growth, and innovation, and excel at building impactful relationships, this role is your next career move. We seek a sales visionary with a collaborative spirit, dedicated to empowering others on their journey to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Target & Empower Coaches: Build and nurture your portfolio by identifying, reaching out, pitching, and persuading coaches to partner with Lenus.
- Guiding Health Coaches: Manage and support a portfolio of 15–20 health and fitness coaches, assisting them in sustainably growing their businesses and positively impacting their clients' lives.
- Enabling Business Growth: Collaborate on innovative marketing strategies, effective sales tactics, and customized business development initiatives to amplify our coaches’ impact.
- Building Partnerships: Develop trust-based relationships with coaches that extend beyond mere transactions, establishing yourself as their trusted collaborator.
- Ensuring Quality Excellence: Coordinate and manage projects effectively, participate in key meetings, and deliver exceptional service in alignment with Lenus’s commitment to quality.
Qualifications:
We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess:
- Sales and Growth Advocate: 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, and business development.
- Digital and Social Media Enthusiast: Experience in social media marketing is a plus but not required; we’ll help you enhance these skills!
- Collaborative Innovator: A proactive and solution-oriented mindset towards business growth.
