The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic Head of Legal to establish the legal and regulatory framework for our rapidly growing fintech. This role is ideal for a proactive legal expert eager to lead in an innovative environment rather than maintain processes in a traditional setting.You will report directly to the CEO, overseeing all legal aspects including commercial contracts, payment regulations, AML, corporate governance, and fundraising.
