Your responsibility will be to enhance the digital experience on our platform, making the process of joining the energy transition not only seamless but also inspiring.By overseeing our website and user sign-up processes, you will have a direct impact on how thousands of individuals interact with sustainable energy. This role goes beyond mere design; it requires you to balance high-level business objectives like conversion rates and compliance with an unwavering commitment to user experience. Whether you are refining a renewal process or launching an innovative service, your contributions will set the standard for clarity, trust, and usability in this evolving industry.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the entire design process, from user research and brainstorming to prototyping and final implementation using Figma.Transform the complexities of the energy market into intuitive and easily navigable digital experiences.Contribute to and enhance the Vandebron design system, ensuring brand consistency while exploring new creative boundaries.Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to find the optimal balance between technical feasibility and user-centered design.
