Your Role as Sous Chef
As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the head chef in developing and innovating the menu with a focus on seasonal and local ingredients.
Overseeing the kitchen team daily and acting as the right hand of the head chef.
Maintaining the quality, presentation, and consistency of all dishes.
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP).
Managing kitchen inventory and assisting with orders.
Guiding, training, and motivating kitchen staff and interns.
Taking on the head chef's responsibilities in their absence.
