Internship Overview Bosch Group is seeking a Line Engineering Intern for the MSE1 team in An Phuoc Commune. This internship provides direct exposure to engineering operations and production environments. What You Will Do Support ongoing engineering projects on the production line Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving tasks Contribute to efforts that improve and optimize manufacturing processes Work alongside experienced engineers and learn practical skills Location An Phuoc Commune

I. Quality Control Responsibilities:Assist in daily measurement, testing, and analysis activities.Participate in weekly sample testing for the element furnace.Prepare samples for daily testing and relocation projects.Assist with additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor.Support diversity initiatives, including organizing and preparing for HcP volunteer programs.Contribute to the improvement of the 5S methodology within the work area.II. Digitalization in the Laboratory:Assist in the Digitalization Package for the laboratory, focusing on data collection and structuring for a new dashboard.Support capacity management within the laboratory, including tracking sample status and following up on test orders in the system.

I. Department Activities:Assist in the management of measuring equipment activities, including the sending and receiving of equipment both internally and externally, and verifying equipment status according to established standards.Update the project status for both current and new products in QMM6.Participate as a co-organizer for events, including workshops and both informal and formal gatherings.Support the QMM6 Sharing Program.Oversee the supply of stationery and receive goods from suppliers.Perform other administrative tasks as required.II. Plant Activities:Support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, including the organization and preparation for HcP volunteer programs and writing for blogs.Manage the Suggestion Scheme work package, including reports, communications, council activities, and focus weeks.

I. Quality 4.0 Project – Laboratory Digitization:Assist in the implementation of the Digitization Package in the laboratory: encompassing data collection, structuring, and documentation for the AI project's release phase.II. Quality Activities:Support inspection operations at the Belt Inspection area: including testing, sample collection and storage, and maintaining 5S standards.Contribute to 8D tasks as assigned by the Quality Engineer: including data collection, inspections, and report preparation.Engage in additional activities within the QMM6 teams: administrative tasks (stationery management, documentation), coordinating departmental events, and more.
