As a Production Support Specialist at Navantia UK, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the success of our production teams during the steel, pipe, materials, and outfitting phases. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our production teams have access to the necessary information, materials, quality processes, and reporting structures required to meet our objectives and milestones.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate effectively with colleagues from various disciplines and locations throughout the organization.Manage the progression of work orders and maintain supporting documentation.Oversee material consumption within the SAP system.Assist production teams with drawing requirements, work order management, material management, and adherence to schedules.Evaluate production processes and implement enhancements through project initiatives.Manage inspection requirements, including requests for attendance and related documentation.Input and develop hours and progress into SAP systems, including timesheet management.Prepare and submit production Q3 reports, providing critical technical information such as solutions, timelines, and estimated hours.Support and maintain production monitoring and reporting, tracking metrics such as tonnes produced per week and overall status updates.Assist in risk management for each phase of the program.Provide administrative support to production managers and supervisors on a daily basis.Facilitate goods receiving processes and support SAP structural creation requirements.Collaborate with management and quality teams to conduct material inspections.
