As the Director of Customer Success (Public Sector), you will spearhead a dynamic team committed to delivering measurable value to AvePoint’s government, educational, and regulated clients. You will manage a diverse portfolio that includes federal, state, local, and educational accounts, ensuring robust adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention.
Your leadership will define the Public Sector customer journey, overseeing every aspect from onboarding to renewal, solidifying AvePoint's role as a trusted partner throughout the customer lifecycle.
