Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this role is perfect for a meticulous, systems-oriented individual who excels at integrating data, strategy, and operations. You will be instrumental in converting raw data from our Zoho CRM and OA EMR platforms into valuable insights that enhance lead generation, referral growth, and overall marketing effectiveness. This high-profile position offers direct interaction with senior leadership and the chance to influence the data culture within our marketing team from the outset. Key Responsibilities Cross-Platform Data Analysis• Extract, integrate, and analyze data from Zoho CRM and OA EMR to inform marketing decisions as the organization grows.• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver a cohesive view of the marketing funnel — from prospect outreach through to patient intake.• Detect trends, patterns, and irregularities in referral data, campaign performance, and patient acquisition metrics.• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure data consistency and alignment across platforms.• Establish regular reporting schedules that align with marketing and business planning cycles. Data Quality & Process Improvement• Review existing data inputs in Zoho CRM and OA EMR to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas needing standardization.• Develop and implement data governance protocols including naming conventions, field validation rules, and input standards to ensure data integrity.
