Foreign Military Sales Analyst – Saudi Arabia – SAF/IA

This full-time position with ACT1 Federal LLC supports the Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of the Air Force, International Affairs (SAF/IA). The focus is on Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs involving F-15SA aircraft and related aviation systems for Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full FMS Life Cycle for U. S. agencies and international partners, including pre-Letter of Request (LOR) requirements, defense article selection, training, services, and price and availability (P&A) requests.
- Advise on case development, including policy waivers, technical releasability, site surveys, manpower estimates, and transparency in Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) pricing requests.
- Provide functional support for requirements management and reporting on LOA and FMS cases related to Saudi Arabia.
- Analyze U. S. and host nation defense needs, recommend sustainment and enhancement strategies, and help define future program requirements.
- Keep SAF/IA partner capabilities database updated for assigned programs and regions.
- Support the SAF/IA Country Director in program management, including oversight of training, exercises, personnel exchanges, and security assistance programs, as well as key FMS engagements.
- Assist the Country Director with tracking, analysis, reporting, and advice on ongoing and upcoming FMS programs involving Saudi Arabia.
