You will spearhead the planning, development, orchestration, and optimization of multi-faceted marketing campaigns aimed at partner recruitment, cross-selling, and upselling initiatives. This role necessitates close collaboration with channel teams across NA and ANZ and alignment with counterparts in the EMEA region to execute globally synchronized yet regionally tailored channel strategies.

Your role will involve close collaboration with Ashoka Finance peers and the senior leadership team, while assisting the CFO with financial operations.Your responsibilities will include oversight of accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable/grants administration, payroll, and the Netsuite Analyst. You will ensure the organization has robust systems and procedures to support effective program implementation and maintain clean audits.This pivotal role aims to streamline finance and accounting procedures, fostering continuous improvement in how the finance function supports program operations. You will work alongside the Global Finance Capacity Strategist to enhance financial capacity building for teams at various levels.In this role, you will have the chance to build lasting partnerships with the CFO, senior leadership, and colleagues in Talent, Legal, and IT, enhancing the integration of Finance, HR, Legal, and IT functions.
