Pipeline Management
- Discover and cultivate opportunities within Military Intelligence through strategic collaboration with delivery teams, capability development, and the D&I growth team.
- Ensure accurate recording in Compass, including timely updates and appropriate tagging to streamline processes.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews to keep leadership informed about emerging opportunities.
- Oversee the NBM process, ensuring timely reviews and scheduling.
- Effectively manage B&P requests for optimal use.
Shape/Capture/Pursue
- Identify and mobilize resources for the creation of RFIs and White Papers; review all submissions meticulously.
- Support MI teams in capture strategies, resources (capture, P2W, SA, QA, etc.), and vehicle selection.
- Confirm and, when necessary, allocate writing and review resources for responses.
- Participate in color team reviews to ensure responses are of high quality and compelling.
Relationships/Awareness
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of MI, D&I, AFS, and LLP solutions/assets.
- Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to align growth initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Provide monthly updates to MI CAL and leadership teams.
- Assess training and development needs and offer tailored support and resources.
