Role Overview The Overnight Studio Cleaner & Lead joins a two-person team focused on deep cleaning fitness studios in Arlington, VA. This position helps maintain a safe, welcoming space for studio members and supports the high standards Slate Cleaning promises its clients. What You Will Do Clean fitness studio spaces overnight, including equipment, floors, mirrors, restrooms, lobby, and retail areas. Take before and after photos at each location to document cleaning results. Follow a bilingual cleaning checklist to ensure consistent quality. Clock in and out at each studio stop using a mobile app. Lead duties: Track cleaning supply inventory and place restocking orders as needed. Lead duties: Oversee cleaner attendance and arrange same-night coverage when required. Schedule & Requirements This is an overnight role with shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, covering two studio locations in Arlington. The job requires the ability to work independently and stay organized throughout the night.
