Job Description: Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and mission-oriented Product Manager to spearhead the development and strategic direction of our core maritime domain awareness web application and data products, with a specific focus on serving government and defense sector clients. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of defense operations, user-centric research methodologies, and a proven track record of translating intricate user requirements into impactful product features that foster adoption and essential utility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Roadmap: Formulate the web product strategy and roadmap for our web application and data products, ensuring they align with customer mission requirements, security protocols, and corporate objectives.
- User Engagement & Adoption: Develop and execute strategies to assess and actively enhance Daily Active Users (DAU) and overall product engagement within the target customer demographic. Analyze usage data to guide feature prioritization.
- Workflow Mastery: Cultivate an in-depth understanding of end-user workflows (e.g., intelligence gathering, mission planning, surveillance) to pinpoint critical pain points and identify opportunities for platform integration and enhancement.
- Indispensable Product Development: Lead the conceptual development of features and products that become mission-critical and essential tools for our defense and government clientele.
- Requirements & Prioritization: Create clear and comprehensive product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with growth, UI/UX, and technical teams to ensure alignment of customer and engineering priorities.
