You will collaborate closely with regional Water leaders, Client Account Managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and strategic direction in all Water-related matters.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and provide strategic direction for the municipal Water business in Virginia.Serve as the primary liaison between the Area and regional Water leaders, facilitating effective communication and partnership.Develop and execute business strategies, objectives, and financial outcomes, ensuring alignment with the overarching strategic plan.Drive growth by participating in the formulation of regional growth and business development strategies in collaboration with market leaders and account managers.Ensure the sustained success and profitability of the Water business line within the area.Sales and Growth InitiativesOversee all Water bids in the region and coordinate program team formations for bids.Work with local teams to identify and analyze Water opportunities for strategic planning and pursuit prioritization.Operational OversightCollaborate with program managers to monitor program performance and identify support needs for Water and Advisory initiatives.Ensure client satisfaction and profitability through effective management of area P&L.Capability DevelopmentEngage with strategic partners and teams to enhance organizational capabilities in the Water sector.
