Role Overview
Twenty is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage the intricate processes behind our hiring efforts, interview logistics, candidate communications, ATS maintenance, and the daily talent operations that keep our recruitment pipelines robust. You will be responsible for high-speed and precise scheduling, enhancing team efficiency with better data management: ensuring clean stages, dependable reporting, and stringent process SLAs. Additionally, you will leverage AI thinking and light automation to streamline your tasks, minimizing manual work, identifying errors proactively, and enhancing consistency. During quieter scheduling periods, you will pivot to applicant reviews and light sourcing to support priority roles.
