Key Responsibilities:
As the Multimedia Department Manager, you will oversee and manage all activities related to your department with the assistance of your team. You will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving the commercial objectives set by the director, as well as training and motivating your sales team.
Your main tasks will include:
Maximizing sales revenue in alignment with established targets.
Proposing strategies to enhance performance and ensuring margin targets are met.
Placing orders for merchandise.
Organizing and controlling inventory, ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
Coordinating product displays with your team.
Ensuring accurate labeling of products in accordance with legal requirements.
Maintaining the overall appearance of the department: cleanliness, stocking, removal of unsuitable products, and both promotional and permanent signage.
