This is a full-time position.Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 4 PM - 2:30 AMKey Responsibilities:Painting Operations: Operate spray painting equipment or paint by hand as required, applying industrial finishes to metal or manufactured items.Paint Preparation: Responsible for mixing paint and other solutions accurately.Finishing Processes: Complete finishing tasks using baking, polishing, or other techniques.Quality Control: Monitor the drying process to ensure high-quality results.Your Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or GED is required.Experience: Minimum of 1 year of general work experience.Physical Requirements: The role requires the ability to lift, lower, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs, as well as standing, walking, stooping, and bending for extended periods.Safety Compliance: This position is safety-sensitive and requires participation in drug and alcohol programs.
