Responsibilities:Ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the branch within the region are met effectively.Oversee branch operations in the area by managing human resources and ensuring operational compliance.Facilitate the successful expansion of designated areas as set forth by Amartha.Maintain the quality of the portfolio in alignment with Amartha's goals and ensure branch audit results meet management expectations.Promote transparency and openness within the branch.Qualifications:Minimum education of a Diploma III.Proven experience in managing branch operations.Leadership experience with a team of 5-10 members.At least 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Business Manager or Leader, preferably in Grameen Bank or similar microfinance institutions.Ability to develop Sales & Marketing strategies collaboratively to meet targets.Possess a personal vehicle and a valid SIM C.Willingness to be placed in Amartha's operational areas in North Sumatra.
