Pinson TM Limited seeks committed operatives and drivers with previous experience in traffic management. Candidates with backgrounds as Streetworks Operatives are encouraged to apply. Main Responsibilities Trainee and Qualified Operatives will work with both direct staff and subcontractors to help meet project goals and timelines. Key Duties Install temporary traffic lights as needed Monitor and manage traffic flow at temporary signals to support public compliance Report essential information to the site or operations manager Show reliability and maintain a positive approach to work Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings Maintain and remove traffic management setups within scheduled periods Support traffic diversion activities Promote safety and efficiency on site to help achieve productivity and quality targets Follow the Health & Safety at Work Act at all times Comply with Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) Assist with loading and unloading materials Follow safe working practices as described in Method Statements and Risk Assessments Report any defects with plant and vehicles
