The Little Nell, part of Aspen Skiing Company, seeks a Cook III to join its culinary team in Aspen. This role centers on preparing and presenting dishes that reflect the restaurant’s standards for quality and consistency.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items following direction from the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs
- Maintain quality and consistency in every dish served
- Collaborate with team members to provide memorable dining experiences
- Assist with general kitchen operations as needed

- Ability to work well with others in a kitchen setting
- Comfort working in a busy environment
- Willingness to learn and accept direction from senior chefs
This position is based onsite at The Little Nell in Aspen.
