Address daily personnel needs, including scheduling and workload distribution, with the support of the Planning Associate Team Leader. Communicate departmental goals and expectations, guiding team members in their execution. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports to offer coaching, support professional development, and ensure alignment of goals. Monitor progress towards team and individual SMART goals, providing guidance and support as needed.
